TEAM GEORGIA ELITE 7TH GRADE FINISHED 2ND OVERALL IN TEXAS!
Kingston "Boogeyman" Brown was part of the US Army Bowl's @USARMYBOWL "America's Greatest Week of Football" Middle School All-Star Championship and High School All- American Game. Kingston was one five players from Columbus, GA, sent to the US Army Bowl National Middle School All-Star Championship, held in Frisco, Texas, from December 13th-18th.
The Seventh Grade Team, Georgia Elite, finished 2nd in the overall standings with a 3-1 record, playing against teams from California, Oregon, Utah, and Washington State. The team was led by program director Derrick Tatum, head coach Chad Parker, Norman Parker, Duane Dennis, Vic Beasley, Jermaine Wilson, and Mike Vanscoy.
Kingston's quick first step impressed many for his age. This young man is a true 12-year-old and won't turn 13 until next year! He was all over the field making plays. His excellent ball IQ showed up this week in Frisco, Tx. We look to continue to see great things from this young man as he grows and develops. His pathway will be one to watch! #USARMYBOWN #BOOGEYMAN2022 #KINGSTONBROWN #COLUMBUSGA #MIDDLESCHOOL #7THGRADE
