It's officially grinding season, and Kingston is off to a great start. He has been training with his trainer @DLPerformace for four years continually, and it is showing.
Kingston trains 3x a week in football and boxing. He is getting "Football Fit" and ready to come out strong in the 2021 football season. I asked Kingston what his primary focus was in training this year, and he advised the main area he plans to work on are is strength, agility, and his get off. He wants to be the offensive line's biggest problem, and after watching him train.... I'm sure he will be!!
